Bulk Shoots in Hyderabad: When Brands Can Produce Locally Instead of Sending Collections to Bangalore or Mumbai
If your collection is already in Hyderabad, sending it to another city for a routine catalogue or model shoot should be a production decision—not a habit.
There are good reasons to produce in Bangalore or Mumbai when a project needs a particular specialist, location, model or production capability. But for many repeat requirements—catalogue photography, e-commerce imagery, model-led content, detail shots and campaign assets—the more useful question is simpler: can the complete brief be handled well in Hyderabad?
For brands, the advantage of producing locally is not merely distance. It is access. Your team can stay closer to the collection, review styling and product details, solve changes faster and keep the people involved in the shoot in one production conversation.
What does a bulk shoot actually involve?
A bulk shoot is a planned production for a larger set of products, SKUs, colourways or looks. The volume may be 20 products or 200; what makes it a bulk requirement is the need for a repeatable shot plan, consistent output and an efficient production flow.
For a fashion or e-commerce brand, that can mean clean catalogue frames, front and back views, fabric or jewellery details, model images, campaign photographs and selected vertical or social assets. The exact list should come from where the content will be used—not from a generic package.
Can bulk product and catalogue shoots be done in Hyderabad?
Yes. Hyderabad already has commercial studios offering e-commerce and product photography, including services for marketplace sellers. The important question is not whether the city has photographers; it is whether a particular studio and team fit your category, volume, styling needs, model requirement and final deliverables.
IncluHub approaches this from a production point of view. Our Madhapur setup combines a 1,200 sq.ft. studio, a 23-foot white cyclorama and in-house production equipment with access to creators and models. For the right brief, that allows more of the shoot to be planned and executed locally.
When does producing locally make practical sense?
Local production is especially useful when the brand team needs to be involved during the shoot, when products are valuable or difficult to move, when styling decisions may change on set, or when content is produced repeatedly across collections.
It can also remove an unnecessary layer of coordination. Instead of shipping a collection, briefing a remote team and resolving product or styling questions from another city, the brand can stay close to the work. That does not automatically make every Hyderabad shoot cheaper or better; it simply gives the brand another production option with fewer geographic hand-offs.
What is available at IncluHub’s Madhapur studio?
IncluHub’s studio is approximately 1,200 sq.ft. and includes a white cyclorama measuring about 23 feet wide, 16 feet deep and 10 feet high. The space also has air conditioning and a green/makeup room.
Our production equipment includes a Sony full-frame camera system and lenses, Godox studio strobes and portable flash, continuous and RGB lighting, softboxes, stands and a gimbal. The studio is not soundproof, so productions where clean recorded dialogue is critical should discuss audio requirements with us before booking.
A bulk shoot should start with the output list
Before choosing a studio or photographer, decide what the collection actually needs. Marketplace listings and a premium Instagram campaign are not the same brief. Neither are clean apparel catalogue frames and jewellery close-ups.
A useful shot plan can separate the requirement into commerce images, model-led images, detail frames, campaign images and short-form or advertising assets. This prevents the common situation where a brand finishes a shoot with plenty of attractive photographs but still lacks the formats needed for its website, marketplace listings or paid campaigns.
Models, makeup and creators are part of the production decision
For model-led fashion, jewellery or beauty content, the studio is only one part of the job. Casting, makeup, hair, styling and photography can affect both the look of the campaign and the pace of the shoot.
IncluHub is building a creator ecosystem across models, photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, stylists and other creative roles. Where relevant to a brief, we can bring those requirements into the same planning conversation rather than asking the brand to begin a separate search for every role.
Catalogue content and brand content do different jobs
Catalogue photography should make the product easy to understand. Brand content has a different responsibility: it communicates taste, context and positioning. Strong collection planning usually starts by deciding which products need straightforward commercial coverage and which deserve more editorial or campaign-led treatment.
That distinction matters for premium fashion, jewellery, beauty and lifestyle brands. Producing both layers in a coordinated shoot can give the brand practical selling assets without making every image look like a marketplace listing.
Should production and performance marketing be planned together?
They should at least speak to each other. A production team needs to know whether the final assets are intended for a product page, Instagram, a marketplace, a Meta campaign or several of those environments. The required framing, orientation and creative variations can change accordingly.
At IncluHub, production, brand content, social media and performance marketing can sit within the same wider ecosystem. The purpose is not to force every client into every service. It is to make it easier to plan content around its eventual use when a brand wants that connection.
Hyderabad or Bangalore/Mumbai: how should a brand decide?
Choose the production location around the brief. If a campaign depends on a specific talent pool, specialist crew, set, location or creative partner outside Hyderabad, travelling or shipping may be the right decision.
If the requirement is repeat catalogue production, model content, product imagery or campaign assets that can be executed locally, compare the complete workflow: product movement, team travel, casting, studio capability, review access, reshoots, turnaround and the number of people the brand has to coordinate. That comparison is more useful than assuming one city is automatically better.
The IncluHub approach: keep the production connected
IncluHub is not positioning Hyderabad as a substitute for every production in Mumbai or Bangalore. Our point is narrower: Hyderabad brands should not have to send a collection away simply because they assume a complete production setup is unavailable locally.
For suitable briefs, our Madhapur studio can connect the physical shoot with models, creators and the wider content requirement. The result is a production workflow built around the collection and the brand—not around how many separate vendors the brand can coordinate.
